Returns/Refund Policy
All products purchased from us are vintage and preloved and due to this they may show wear and tear such as fading due to the items age. Obvious defects and faults are stated in the product description and shown in the photos. No refunds are offered for faults with products as they are sold as decribed.
If you do wish to return an item please email us at returns@garbsvintage.co.uk with the reason for return within the 14 days of reciving the item and we will be able to assist you. If your return is accepted we will contact you with the return instuctions. Items sent back to us without previously contacting us for a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you return is approved we will refund the original amount for the item withing 10 wokring days.
Please ensure your invoice or any any paperwork is included within the return and tags are still attatched to any items.
Any return shipping expenses must be paid for by the customer. A tracked postage mathod is recommend as we will not be held liable for missing or damaged parcels. Any lost parcels are unable to be refunded.
Please note any refunds will be issued once the items have been confirmed as recieved.
